Processing Time


Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This includes the time needed to create your piece before it is shipped.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Please Note

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • During high-demand periods (such as launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your package has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The KC Label, each piece is made to order with care and intention ♡

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds at this time.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size adjustments only.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Hygiene liner (if applicable) must remain intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Final Sale Items
All items are considered final sale unless they qualify for an exchange under the conditions above.
